In exchange for the work (we did 5 hours a day) you get lunch & dinner & the food was fantastic. We had to sit in a corner downstairs out the way on a table too if we wanted the wifi as lounge areas just for guests. The wifi also doesn't reach the lodge so have to use the wifi in the hotel. Manuel and Susan did let us use a hotel room a couple of times though so we could have a hot shower, which was nice. We did mention this a lot but it didn't get sorted. However, it was freezing (the fire didn't seem to warm it up) and there was no hot water in the two weeks. The accommodation we … read more stayed in was opposite the hotel in a lodge which was nice and our room was good. The hotel is an amazing place if you are lucky enough to stay there, the rooms are beautiful as with the view. ![]() We worked with Felipe who was really helpful and nice. The work was really good and we enjoyed helping out with such a great project. We volunteered here for 2 weeks in which we worked with the greenhouse project.
