You would need configure your DNAT rule on the uplink interface. In this case the LB will be doing both SNAT and DNAT on the original packet. If you configure both the group policy setting and the CertCheckMode setting in the registry key, the group policy setting takes precedence over the registry key value. If you are doing one armed then you need your Uplink interface to be on the same segment as your web servers and your web servers default gateway need to be the LB ip address. You can also configure the Horizon Client certificate verification mode by configuring the Certificate verification mode group policy setting.
